Vidette Vanderweide is on a mission: To transform overwhelmed moms to inspired, purposeful, and rich in life again!
Ask any mom how they are doing and the answer will probably start with a long sigh. Moms are more overwhelmed than ever before. Add a job on top of her personal responsibilities and truly, moms don’t have much of a quality of life. Vanderweide is taking the “overwhelmed mom” epidemic into her own hands!
The message:
“We control our destinies. It’s with a shift in mindset that WE as moms put ourselves first. No longer can we put everyone first because our health is compromised, our mental stability is suffering, and we are not fully present to our families when we are constantly overwhelmed and tired.”
Vanderweide teaches the “overwhelmed moms” to get over the guilt and realize a freer, fuller, more inspired version of themselves. She is helping her students to, not only shift from a “tired, washed-up hottie in a velour pantsuit” to a “delicious and passionate mom ready to take on the world.” She accomplishes this by teaching moms strategies and tools to design a lifestyle they desire.
A personal, designed lifestyle allows her to have time freedom, passion, purpose and joy in life again. Just by teaching a woman to have the lifestyle she loves, she becomes passionate, successful and happy again….or, you can call it ‘delicious!”
Vanderweide is a wife, mother of two boys, and “abundance junkie.” She draws from her own experiences finding herself working a corporate job, balancing a family and finding that her life was an “unfulfilled” mess. She found herself asking, “Is this my life?” more often than she liked.
With a quick decision and her family in tow, Vanderweide put a “For Sale” sign in the yard, moved across the country and started to change her life in a big way . She no longer plays a “victim” to life, but takes it in her own hands in order to build a legacy for her boys that will last for generations.
It wasn’t an easy road, however, she found that challenges became life lessons, made her better, and allowed her to relate and teach her students with greater clarity, humor and positivity. This journey for Vanderweide has transformed her life. She now sets her eyes on transforming other women’s lives.
